NHS England's accelerated FP69 list-validation programme is removing patients from GP lists — including people who are simply healthy and haven't needed care recently. Doctors' Association UK is calling on the Government and NHS England to pause the programme until it has been independently reviewed for safety and accuracy. GPs and patients are urged to sign the open letter now.
